XNOTES

XNOTES provides interactive access to AEC_TEXT_NOTEs and AEC_REF_DOCS nested at all levels in a drawing. If you can pick it, XNOTES will show you all the notes and references attached to an object and to all its parents as well, including xrefs and anonymous blocks.
It will report if the reference documents are found as well as their size and last-modified date, and permit you to open them if they are associated with an application. You can even CopyClip the notes to the Windows clipboard.
