Cadlantic is pleased to announce "CAMP":
As of September 1, 2001, Cadlantic introduced "CAMP", short for "Cadlantic Annual
Maintenance Program" that will entitle CAMP members a period of one (1) year to:
- download free software upgrades (CAMP members are notified and provided the password to open the files).
- receive unlimited telephone/e-mail Cadlantic software support (telephone support limited to continental US).
- get an additional 15% off the discounted price of any new Cadlantic software products.
The CAMP membership fee will be 10% per site per year based on
the site's discounted cost
The first year of CAMP membership is free to any 2000+ or higher Corporate Customer who has either purchased or upgraded to
Cadlantic Custom Utilities for R15+ (2000/2000i/2002).
The CAMP membership anniversary will be the later of:
(a) the date of CAMP enrollment.
(b) the date of achieving 2000+ or higher status
(c) September 1, 2001.
Limited Time Special for R14 Customers (sorry, it's over):
Cadlantic/CADvantage licensees who had not yet upgraded to R15+ (2000/2000i/2002) had until November 1, 2001 to
enroll in CAMP and receive their R15+ Upgrade free.
Maintaining CAMP enrollment:
You should maintain your CAMP enrollment by your CAMP anniversary, otherwise enrollment will
expire. Subsequent upgrades will be available for one (1) year thereafter at 20% of the software list price, but will include CAMP enrollment/re-enrollment commencing from the date of the upgrade purchase.
Failure to maintain for more than one year will require a new license.
